If something is not working

• Reload the page once. Most one-off problems clear with a fresh page.
• Check your connection, and try switching between wi-fi and mobile data.
• Open the troubleshooting articles: "The game will not load", "There is no sound", "A card, a score or a total looks wrong".
• Tell us in a ticket. Include the device and browser, what you were doing, and roughly when it happened.
