Play as a guest, and what changes without an account
Guests can play solo and online with no sign-in. Here is what is saved, what is not, and how guests get support.
You can play straight away
Solo games against the computer and live tables with family and friends both work with no account. Type a name at the table and play. Guest tables work exactly like signed-in tables.
What a guest does not get
- Rounds are not saved to your profile or the leaderboard, because there is no profile to save them to.
- The Coach cannot look at your history, so its advice stays general.
- A guest table does not send table invite emails, because there is nobody on file to email.
What a guest can still do
- Open a table and host it.
- Open a support ticket from the help centre and get a reference number to follow it up.
- Read every help article and use the help assistant.
Good to know
Guest tickets have no account to sign back in to, so keep your reference number. Our reply comes to the email address you give us when we are able to send it, and the number is always your record of the request.
Why an account is worth it
Signing in takes about a minute and keeps everything: match and round history, lifetime totals, your place on the leaderboard, table invites, the weekly winners email, and one thread to track any support ticket you open.

Still need help?
Tell us what happened and a person will read it. You will get a reference number, and the reply comes back in the same thread. If you would rather write from your own mailbox, support@nertz.app reaches the same place.
