My game did not save to my stats
The four reasons a finished round is missing from your profile, and what to do about each one.
Check these in order
- 1Were you signed in? Rounds are only stored for signed-in players. If the round summary showed a "Sign in" link, that round was played as a guest.
- 2Was it a solo or an online game? Both save when you are signed in.
- 3Is the round still running? A round is stored when it ends, not while you are playing it.
- 4Are you looking at the same account? If you sign in with Google on one day and with an email and password on another, those are two separate accounts with two separate histories.
- 5Refresh the stats page once. The profile is loaded when the page opens.
If a round is still missing
Open a ticket under "Stats, leaderboard & sharing" and include your display name, the mode (solo or online), roughly when the round happened, and the score you expected. We keep the records server side, so we can usually tell you what happened to it.
Two things that are not bugs
- Very old matches are moved into your lifetime totals. They stop appearing as individual rows, and your totals stay the same.
- A round that ended in a stuck table after 25 quiet seconds is scored exactly like any other round. It is not discarded.
