Tell us about an accessibility barrier
How to report something in Nertz! that is hard or impossible to use, and what to include so we can act on it.
Send the report
- 1Open a ticket from the help centre and choose "Accessibility".
- 2Describe what you were trying to do and where it broke down.
- 3Tell us the assistive technology you use, if any: screen reader and version, keyboard only, voice control, screen magnifier.
- 4Tell us the device and browser as well, since both change the answer.
- 5Attach a screenshot if a visual problem is involved.
Examples of useful reports
- A control that cannot be reached with the keyboard, or that has no spoken label.
- Text that is too small or too low in contrast to read comfortably.
- A dialog that traps focus, or a button that only responds to hover.
- Animation that keeps running even with reduce motion switched on.
- A game action that cannot be completed without a precise drag or a fast tap.
What happens next
You get a reference number, and we reply in the same thread with what we can change and when. Accessibility reports are read as product work, not as support noise, and they shape what we build next.

Tell us what happened and a person will read it. You will get a reference number, and the reply comes back in the same thread. If you would rather write from your own mailbox, support@nertz.app reaches the same place.
