Four ways to reach a person, and what each one is best at. Whichever you pick, a human reads it.

The four ways to get help

  • Help centre: nertz.app/help. Searchable articles on every screen, rule and setting in the game. Most questions are answered here in under a minute.
  • Help assistant: the floating button in the corner of every page. It answers from the help articles, links the ones it used, and says when it does not know. It can hand your question straight to the ticket form.
  • Support ticket: nertz.app/help/contact. A short guided form: pick a topic, see the articles that usually fix it, then write to us. You get a reference number such as NZ-000123 and, when you are signed in, the whole thread under My tickets.
  • Email: support@nertz.app. The same queue as the form, if you would rather write from your own mailbox.

Who to contact for what

  • Something is not working, or a score looks wrong: send a ticket under "Something is broken" or "Rules & scoring". Include your display name, the mode (solo or online) and roughly when it happened.
  • Account, sign-in or data: send a ticket under "Account & sign-in" or "Privacy & data". Sign in first if you can, because it proves the request comes from the account.
  • Abuse, cheating or an offensive display name: send a ticket under "Safety, abuse & cheating". See nertz.app/report for what to include.
  • A security vulnerability: report it privately first. See nertz.app/security.
  • Accessibility barriers: send a ticket under "Accessibility". See nertz.app/accessibility.
  • A privacy or data question that is not about the game itself: support@nertz.app reaches us, and the Privacy Policy at nertz.app/privacy lists the operator address for formal requests.

What to include

  1. 1What you were doing, and what happened instead.
  2. 2Your display name and the mode, for anything about a game.
  3. 3The device and browser, for example "iPhone 13, Safari".
  4. 4The page you were on. The form fills this in for you.
  5. 5A screenshot if one helps. Attach it in the form; it is stored privately.
  6. 6Your reference number, if you are writing about an earlier ticket.

What we will never ask for

  • Your password, or any sign-in or reset code. We never ask for these, in the game, in a ticket or by email.
  • Card, bank or payment details. Nertz! never asks for payment details by email, chat or message.
  • Remote access to your device, or a phone call to "verify" your account.

Anything that asks for those and mentions Nertz! is not us. See Official communications (https://nertz.app/official-communications).

What to expect

  • You get a reference number on screen when you send a ticket, and it comes to your email address when we are able to reach it.
  • Signed-in players can follow the thread and reply under My tickets. Guests keep the reference number and hear from us by email.
  • We read every message. We do not quote response times anywhere, because we would rather be accurate than fast on paper.
  • Privacy requests are separate: we act on those within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy says.

Who runs Nertz!

Nertz! (https://nertz.app) is operated by Sthetic Creative Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Support messages reach us at support@nertz.app. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service list the same operator details, and our answers about the game come from the same small team that builds it.
